A wonderful place to get lost. There is so much there to explore. If you are in a hurry keep on going and coke back when you have time to relax and enjoy your surroundings.

Customer service is excellent! I gave them four stars only because the bathroom on the day I went was horrible. It was filthy as if no one had cleaned it in a while and it was hard to tear the toilet paper off of the holder as well as being really thin.

I recently found out that Barnes and Noble cafe has a 5 dollar book of the month. I have never been to the Chesapeake location. It is really nice and clean on the inside. The staff was very friendly! The store was set up so nice. Books I was looking for were easy to find. I look forward to visiting this location again! I got my 5 dollar book too with my purchase at the Cafe!

Its a cute barns and nobles. There isn't a lot of parking so if you go during a busy weekend be prepared for a search for parking. They have a good selection of books and their associates are kind.

Miss Amy was delightful and ready to help me when I asked for it. She also was great on giving me insight in the area of which I was purchasing books in and her customer service and willingness was beautiful I got exactly what I was looking for, I also became a member because of her, thank you kindly.
