0/5 Stars – Barnes & Noble Me try big book place. Book place bad. I walk in. Books everywhere. Books on shelf. Books on table. Books staring at me. Too many words. Words hurt head. I look for fun stuff. No fun stuff. Only books about trees. And wars that already over. And feelings. I pick up book. No pictures. Just words fighting each other. Quiet place. Too quiet. No explosions. No music. No snack smell. People read for fun. Why. I sit down. Fall asleep a little. Wake up still bored. Too many books. Not enough fun. 0 out of 5. Book place make me sad. I leave. Go home do something loud instead.

Although it's a smaller Barnes and Noble than most I've been to, they have very helpful staff and nice atmosphere with a decent selection of books.

I was looking for a special edition of a book that has been incredibly difficult to track down. I was told by another Barnes & Noble location that this particular location showed they had one copy of it in stock. I went to this location to obtain it, and upon browsing the store, I could not locate it on my own. I asked for the assistance of the staff members at this location, and they scoured every square inch of their store looking for it. I was half expecting them to come back and tell me they didn't actually have it and their inventory was off (as is the common occurrence these days in retail stores). Much to my delight, after the whole team was invested in locating this book, the lone copy was found and I gladly purchased it. This store went above and beyond trying to help me, and they really made me feel as though my purchase was important to them. Terrific customer service. Thank you for all of your efforts!

Such a nice layout! All of the displays and the way the books were presented were so visually pleasing! Made it so easy to find what I needed. Not to mention that all of the staff were very helpful and very present. There were four staff members that I could see at any given time. One woman in particular was super friendly. Spent time talking with my mom and recommending books for my baby. Such a nice woman, wish I had caught her name.
