I walked in with a gift card, not knowing what I wanted. After 45 minutes of browsing the stacks ideas started to come to mind. I couldnt find them and so i went to customer service. Boom! All of them in stock and right in front of my eyes. Coffee bar with good coffee, and im picky. A good book store!

Good space. Nice BnN. Staffing fantastic. Parking can be difficult. And they have taken away some of the cozy spots in the store to read and relax in. Because of the lack of parking and changes in set up spaces in the store. I cannot give it a 5. But I would give the staff a 5 star rating in a heart beat.

I usually enjoy visiting this bookstore, but during a recent visit I had an uncomfortable interaction with an employee who questioned my Catholic faith and challenged why the Church recognizes new saints. She also said she doesn’t understand why the Church thinks they can do that when it is not mentioned anywhere in the bible. I wasn’t looking for a debate — I was simply shopping — and the conversation felt inappropriate and out of place. I think staff should be mindful of keeping personal religious opinions separate from customer interactions. I’m sharing this hoping it helps improve the experience for others

Always a great selection of books. It's kinda sucky that you have to put in a receipt code proving you bought something to use the bathroom, sometimes people spend a lot of time browsing because they don't know what they want yet (me) and need it before they buy.

We stopped in today and check everything out! The store looks clean. We really didn't see any staff there. There is a nice selection of books, games, toys and gift items and so much more! There is a children's area which is really cute! You could stay there all day and barely make a dent in seeing everything.
