I purchased a recliner from Steve Rice at Bowen Town and Country. Unfortunately, I began experiencing issues with the recliner. I worked closely with the warehouse staff and service team, who were diligent and thorough in their efforts to resolve the problem. Despite multiple attempts, the issue could not be fixed, and they ultimately replaced the recliner with a brand new one. The customer service at this furniture store is truly outstanding! I could not be happier with Bowen Town & Country and highly appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction.
