This is THE Barnes and Nobles of the Charlotte area. Well stocked, spacious, clean, and comforting. The staff are so friendly and the lady who helped me at checkout was so kind. There is an ample selection of books from all genres, but the real prize is the diverse variety of jigsaw puzzles and board games. I especially enjoyed looking through the blind boxes, although some were already opened. There are comfortable places to sit down and enjoy a book with some coffee. I especially liked the “Banned Books” display, which was extremely creative and I commend the staff for taking the time into creating such an impressive corner. However, I was sad that there weren’t any Calico Critter blind bags, despite their availability on the website.
Amazing Barnes and Noble location around some amazing retail and convenient to many neighborhoods. This store is two stories, has an amazing ⭐ Starbucks cafe with amazing ☕ coffee drinks, great games section, stationary and paper, manga, children's books, and everything 📚📖 book related you could possibly imagine. Tons of fun random seats to crash inTo in hidden corners too. This location also has ♿ handicap accessible 🅿️ parking, 🚻 restrooms, elevator and more.
Great location and love coming to this Barnes and Nobles! With a great selection of books, everything is organized and easy to find. They have everything from travel, cooking, spiritual to non-fiction and fiction, magazines, planners, and any and all book accessories. They have a Starbucks located inside of the store also, so you can sip on your favorite drinks and browse. All the store employees are super friendly and welcoming. They have a big parking lot with plenty of parking spaces to choose from.
There is nothing in the world quite like a bookstore. As much as I love, the small independent bookstore, I am also a big fan of Barnes & Noble forever! I read someplace that the bookstore is over 150 years old. That’s amazing! My favorite sections in the store are paper, journals, & gifts. Especially their Christmas stuff. I’ve also purchased some unique toys as gifts for my son & people who have just had babies and for birthdays. I usually do a more extensive number of photos and videos, but this is all I happened to do a few days ago. It was a chance to visit to Charlotte and I made my way here. There is such peace in reading a book, and I hope that Barnes & Noble continues to thrive in the age of digital. Enjoy! XO Josephine
