At checkout, I presented id i was the one purchasing the products. My friend had left his ID at home as this was an added stop. I wasn't aloud to purchase even though I presented my ID. I was in the store searching around and no one asked if I needed help until we picked one item up and started looking for something else. After picking one item then we were asked if we needed any help. Not to mention that one employee that managed to be on every isle we went down. And still didn't ask if we needed help. When I asked about a different product location as she was telling me about the wine I was asking about and proceeded to tell me about how there was hog shit in it. Because there is a hog farm near by. I didn't feel welcome there and I love going in there from time to time to check out the wine or just see the different drinks and things they carry. I understand policy with ID so I'm not upset about that. Even though my friend has gray hair all up and down in his beard. But it's cool. This is just my experience with this location. I'll never come back.
I met Laurie today. I was riding bliss as my beau and I just impromptu decided to go to court and get married. I was lost in the aisle looking for my favorite bottle. Laurie approached and happily asked If I needed assistance and pointed me in the right direction. After also recommending another bottle, she sweetly complimented a my very simple white dress. What she doesn’t know is that I really needed to hear that. As we don’t have the support, blessing, and village that most do with precious occasions as this. She was so happy for me and showed me the way to their wedding gift package and options for catering and me feel extra special. I gave her the biggest hug and walked out with 3 bottles and a perfect core memory from a Perfect stranger. Thank you so much! You remind me of the good in the world
Stopped in for the first time after dinner to look around. Ran into Laurie, she took us under her wing and showed us around & helped us taste / find a great wine to bring home. Thank you for going above and beyond. It made our night
First time visiting this location, and I was not disappointed. It is a bit overwhelming when you first enter, but once you get your bearings and locate the actual thing you want, it gets better. I was looking for some sparkling wine and located the aisle for it fairly easy. Was able to see a whole selection of all of their sparkling wine and noticed that they were cheaper than a Harris Teeter, Food Lion, Publix, etc. I was very excited to find the kind I like and for a fraction of the cost. This will be my new favorite place. They have a huge parking lot as it's located in a shopping center. Everyone was super friendly and efficient and gave great recommendations.
I went to this location for an investment seminar. We were in the classroom right off the front entrance. It included a wine tasting at the end with one of the total wine staff members. She was very sweet and knowledgeable abt the wines we tasted. And she was very patient with all of our questions lol. I walked around the store a bit and there definitely is no shortage of items to chose from. The staff I did encounter was very friendly.
