DO NOT RENT OR BUY BOOKS FROM HERE This issue started at the beginning of the semester when I rented a USED textbook. I was then charged to rent a NEW textbook for double the price without any notice or ask of approval. When I asked about that they said it was in the terms and conditions because "they assume you need the book anyway". To buy the textbook new it was only $10 more so I had them cancel the rental and purchased the book. I thought this was the end of it. Than 2 weeks after the end of the semester I was charged $81 with no notice. When I called the front desk said it was for a missing rental when I told them I canceled that rental they sent be to the book team(should have done this in the first place). They also told me I should've received emails reminding me to return my rental which would have allowed me to catch this before I was charged. I did not receive any emails BECAUSE IT WAS CANCELED. The book team was able to refund me but told me it would take a week for the money to be in my account. When I asked them what I should do about my account being overdrawn due to their error, they told me I'd have to call my bank to figure it out. When I asked why this even happened she said she would talk to her manager so it didn't happen to other people in the future. This is honestly ridiculous. I would recommend buying or renting from chegg. It's cheaper and I have never had issues there. The only reason I even bought this book here was because I needed it asap for my class. But it took over a week to process in the first place so honestly I probably should've just used cheggs bookstore.

I was a little nervous getting my books from campus, as I typically rent from Amazon. For both books, one a rental and another one I can keep, the total was $71 which is totally affordable compared to other options. Very thankful to have this resource available. Staff was friendly and the store offers lots of books, supplies and gear. Very satisfied! Ps. Hours should be updated on Google. This location was open today but online stated closed.

This shop has so many University of Toledo items. It is just Amazing!!! It's always fun to walk on campus again. To be around the current students and the future of America. It's a beautiful campus. The staff at the book store are phenomenal!!!

Pretty pricey to say the least. This store has a great number of books though and a very chill atmosphere. UPCOMING STUDENTS just buy your college textbooks through Amazon and save yourself a couple hundred bucks. My bill exceeded $600 for the first semester.
