If I could give this store 0 stars I would. We made a purchase on 12/26in the store. We were told by an employee on 12/26 check the website as our purchases may be cheaper online. We were super grateful for the tip as it was going to save us around 30.00. We returned to the store to return our store purchase today 12/27 as we took the employees tip . We were met by a very rude condescending manager named Tiffany. She told us we absolutely could not make the return and it was policy. But at the bottom of our receipt it clearly states you may return all items within 90 days for a full refund. We had only purchased yesterday and followed the advice of a store cashier and our return was refused and no policy could be provided showing no returns.. mind you this completely contradicts the refund policy on the literal bottom of your receipt. So I then thought well I get that I’m sure the store wants to have the profit instead of the online store. I get that. So I then asked would you price match what I paid online and I’ll just cancel my order. I was met with actual hostility by someone who is supposed to be a manager. I was actually appalled at the behavior. Myself being in management can’t imagine treating a customer in this manner. I will NEVER be back and I will most definitely share my terrible experience with everyone I know. No one deserves to be treated with such disrespect when you are spending money in their establishment. Tiffany just so you know we spoke with a manger in corporate and they were very understanding and kind and we got our refund for what we paid in your store, no thanks to horrible behavior. Even on a bad day the customer should come first. Now I’m writing this review which could have went so differently.

Bought an ornament marked 10.99 along with some other items. Noticed after I paid it hang rang up 13.99. I was told it was the tariffs and nothing could be done. While waiting on my wife I overheard an employee telling another employee that “if someone makes a big stink about it, just give it to them” while changing the stickers. Guess I should’ve been a jerk about it. Sadness.

I had such a great experience at the Hallmark on Secor Rd in Toledo thanks to Emily. She was incredibly helpful and took the time to help me find the perfect graduation gift for a friend. Her suggestions were thoughtful, and she made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Excellent customer service!

I just wanted to go in relax and look around. I was approached by every employee within the first 2 minutes. I know they're doing their job. Is there really a need for that many to approach a customer? Although each one was very polite, I wanted to relax a little. I did tell the 1st lady I was on a long break from work and wanted to relax and look around.

I enjoy going into this store. I was looking for a card for my friend. They have so much inside this store: books, wall decor, clothing, mugs, book marks, earrings, trinkets, tote bags and last but not least - and so much more. Check them out. I went to the one on Secor Rd in the plaza. Right near Executive Parkway.
