Absolutely horrible. Dr suggested euthanizing our cat before discussing all treatment options. Then when cat was treated, when I went to pick him up I started having an anxiety attack and told the grey hair lady behind the desk I was having an attack and needed to step outside for a bit. She snapped at me nasty "YOU can't leave". Place needs gutted and replace employees with people who have an ounce of compassion.

I was impressed. It was our first visit to this emergency vet. The staff were very kind. The facility is very clean. They were prompt and let us know what the options and price for the emergency care would cost.

I brought a dog in for what appeared to be a fairly small laceration — about an inch long, clean, and without punctures. My initial estimate was quoted at $800–$900. I had previously been seen here for a similar injury and felt the pricing and care were reasonable, so this surprised me. When I questioned why a simple wound requiring a few stitches would approach $1,000, the response by Dr. Wiggins, felt dismissive and I sensed some attitude rather than a willingness to explain the charges. I completely understand that emergency care is expensive, but I was simply trying to understand the reasoning behind the estimate. The interaction left me uncomfortable. The final bill came to $799, which still seemed very high for the nature of the injury. Additionally, a large area of the dog’s side was shaved, and the suturing appeared overly tight and puckered. The cosmetic result was disappointing, especially given the cost. I understand emergency services come at a premium, but this experience felt excessive for a relatively minor laceration. I left feeling uncomfortable with both the communication and the outcome. I hope this feedback helps with transparency and client communication in the future.

My male cat had a Urinary Blockage and was in severe condition. MedVet was available right away for him, they cared for him wonderfully. They texted us pictures in the morning and at night with a small update on how he was doing. and made me and my husband feel comfortable and secure with any decision we needed to make. Our cat is back home feeling much better. I wish they were a regular vet, because I would choose them over anyone else.
