Wonderful staff, very informative and kind. They helped treat my puppy with a UTI and were so kind to her. I would trust them even if I was not present. My puppy is recovering well and back to herself! Thank you to these people!

The lady we spoke to on the phone before coming was very nice! The nurses and doctor there were amazing too. All very friendly, caring. One the best experiences I’ve had in a while. Yes, it is a bit of a wait. But they were understaffed and had quite a few other pets ahead of us. So please be patient! My feline came in for vomiting. She is feeling better! Thank you!

We have a 10 Week old puppy who swallowed a monopoly piece. I can't say enough great things about this facility. The entire team was so kind. Being the day after thanksgiving, I was exhausted and emotional. Every single team member was not in a hurry, took time to go over and explain each step. There was another family whose dog had reached the point of crossing the rainbow bridge. The staff was so comforting and cared for everyone. I never worried that our newest family member was getting top notch care. This is the place.

Except for the fact our 14yr. old cat needed medical attention it was a satisfactory experience. Biggest thing is how many sad, heartbreaking emergencies that are received in an evening. Unfortunately, this delays time spent waiting! Being open from 12 noon to 12 midnight is a prime time for accidents to occur. Very knowledgeable staff and good to know the service is here!

The staff here is incredible. Doctors here are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful when weighing out the best options for our pet. Just have some patience upon arriving, here. LOTS of families have emergencies with their pets. I believe the staff here truly prioritizes carefully. Very organized and clean here as well. We appreciate YOU MedVet! Thank you for helping Milo!!
