My Mother called to see if Barrdales could refurbish a beloved extending kitchen table (damaged by water), only to be met with condescension and to be told to speak to her insurance company about a new replacement table, without even viewing the required repair or asking if there a was a particular reason for wanting a refurbishment. My Mother was so shocked by the response and tone that she met with, she didn't even get the guys name before hanging up, but whoever it was definitely needs a lesson in customer service. Wouldn't use them myself even though cost was not an issue for this job, we will find another repairer to do the job, however much it costs.
