Dealing with Barry jays has been a great experience. Their commitment to customer service is amazing. I bought a 2021 boat from another dealer in SHPK and once they had my money their service was unacceptable even non existent. I then took it to Barry Jays and they fixed everything that was wrong from other dealer and then ended up buying a new boat from John McLevin at Barry Jays. He is very knowledgeable and knew the boat I was looking for. He made the transition seamless and made sure everything was completed, he stays up to date on the boat to this day. John included both myself and my wife in the decisions for our new boat. I would recommend Barry Jays for your next boat purchase or service over anyone else in the Edmonton area. We loved our experience buying from Barry Jay's. They have an extremely knowledgeable sales team that will listen to your needs and accommodate you for what you are looking for. The entire staff is supportive and efficient, John our salesman was top notch spending quite a few hours with us going over our unit once we picked it up to ensure that we were 1000% confident into it. What impressed me the most is how he made sure my wife was right in there with us and made sure she was also happy and shown how everything worked. I cannot say enough good about the folks @Barry Jay's. Being in sales myself I was amazed by how much they make you feel right at home from the first phone call to the time you pull away. And even better, even after you bought, they are right on top when you have questions and help you through it! I have purchased many vehicles and recreational vehicles. And I can say this has been the best experience we've ever had purchasing from a dealership. This beautiful Princecraft was our first new unit but believe me it definitely won't be the last ! They gave me a fair deal and had all my accessories installed in an immaculate manner and kept their promise on the day of pick-up. I highly recommend Barry J Marine. I just completed a home built boat and purchased my 40hp mercury as well as a trailer for my boat from them as well as some other essentials. Richard was very helpful in the purchase and the personnel in the parts department were also awesome with my questions!
