We received a gift that was made by Specially Made when our dog passed away and I was blown away by the custom engraved ornament and the polish, thoughtfulness, and execution of the gift. The gift had such a high end feel to it - you can tell it was made with attention to detail and care. Thank you Specially Made for bringing us joy during a more difficult time in our lives. My mother recently used Specially Made Gifts to deliver a bucket of champaigne and drinking glasses to her brother and sister in-law. She was so happy with the service that she wanted me to writer this review on her behalf. The service she recieved from Gary was beyond what she expected. He ensured that they delivered exactly what she wanted down to every detail and updated her every step of the process prior to shipping the order. As we live in a difference province, having this level of customer service was extremely comforting and made the experience a lot more personal. She would recommend this company in a heartbeat.

My company had a custom gift basket made for one of our clients and it was just beautiful. I let Mei know what I needed and what my budget was and she delivered a wonderful basket full of goodies that my clients loved. The ordering, approval and delivery was seamless and I was very impressed by the whole process. I would highly recommend Specially Made Gifts to people who are looking to send appreciation to their clients or staff. What a great company!

I got Specially Made to creat a gift basket for my company that we were giving as a silent auction prize. Mei was awesome to work with as she really kept what we do and our brand in mind and came up with something really creative. I was very happy with the end result and am sure the winner of the basket was too! I will use them again for sure and recommend them to anyone looking to get a unique gift for a special occasion.
