The team at Bartlett Electronics offer nothing but top tier service, reasonable prices and honestly tell you what you do and don't need. They don't even attempt to upsell!! From the moment you walk in the door, they are on point, quickly and listening carefully to what you are asking for. I already brought my brother in for clogged USB port and a battery replacement. They informed him that when the battery he ordered arrived in just a few business days, they would notify him and replace it within 1-2 hours. They are a family owned small business and I will be skipping corporate stores to do business solely with them! Thanks Bartlett Electronics!

Bartlett electronics were a lifesaver for us today! My daughter broke her phone a few weeks ago, and we made the mistake of not taking it here first. We got scammed with a terrible quality display screen that broke again leaving her unable to see her phone. We brought it here and within minutes were all fixed up with a much better quality screen, you could tell lightyears over the other one we got at the other place that looked like her iPhone 16 pro was a Nokia!! Everyone in the shop was so kind, and this one comes with a warranty! Not that I expect anything to go wrong with it. Everything was top notch and trustworthy. We would recommend 20/10!!
