I broke the screen of my $2000 laptop (Dell XPS 15), and they were able to fix it within a week. They were courteous and they knew their stuff. Great service!

They wiped out the virus and fixed my laptop, great service ! These guys are outstanding. They have the knowledge and the expertise to repair any computer, regardless of the problem. In addition, they are very concerned about their customers. They listen intently and then respond accordingly just to make sure that they understand what the problems is. If you ever need someone to repair your computer, do yourself a favor and take it to Uptech Computer. You'll be glad you did because you will know that your computer is in good hands. In addition, their fees are very, very reasonable.

One of the only reliable places that diagnosis your computer problems without trying to sell you things you don't actually need. Reasonable prices for great work. My only slight complaint is with customer service. Sometimes you interact with someone who acts as if you are bothering them. No smiles, no eye contact, and cold hearted. No warmth and friendly services at the front counter. This is not a multiple occurrence but has happened to me more than once or twice. Yet, I trust Uptech Computers with my needs above the rest and recommend them as much as I can. Great and dependable repair work. You are worth driving across town (lives near the Olive Branch area) to come to you.

Well, I took my laptop to Uptech Computer because I saw all the 5 star reviews. I haven't used the laptop in over a year so of course I couldn't remember the password for it. Uptech stated that the program that they used could Not bypass the password. I was livid because I'm like you all only have ONE program??. If my screen was up and I could see it I would be able to crack the code! Geesh! Anyway, my refund is processing through my bankcard for the Non Diagnostic that wasn't performed. I'm going to get me a Brand New Computer because I'm sure what I was gonna pay Uptech I could just get another one. I want be returning. Thanks for Nothing
