Words cannot express how much I love this place and the people there. I trust them wholeheartedly with my car, and they offer (by far) the best customer service of any business I’ve visited—ever. My car needed extensive work and took longer than expected, and I had an important errand I needed to run. My car wasn’t quite ready yet, so they drove me to where I needed to be and picked me up afterwards. How incredible! Something they did not have to do, but they chose to. And words can’t express how thankful I was for that. What an incredible business. Oh, and my car drives like butter now.
Wonderful service and fair pricing every time. I found Bass Tires 4 yrs ago on a local Nashville Reddit thread asking for good mechanics when we moved to Nashville and now we take all 3 of our vehicles here for tires/oli changes and brakes . The folks are great and fast repairs too. Wholeheartedly recommend!

Wanted new wheels for my Z71 Tahoe, Aaron at Bass Tire took care of me, I’m so happy with them but mostly the special way we are always greeted by everyone. Customer Service always 110% Always provide Quality service, diagnosed an issue with my husband’s truck, not only resolved the problem but reached out with a call to ensure all was well. Have met some of the most amazing customers there and they were just as impressed as we’ve been! Haven’t had time to clean my car but LOOK at the wheels!! ❤️
