Worst possible customer service to start with I had my iPhone battery replaced and when I got it back my screen wasn’t set in place you could literally push the top of screen up and down on the top side only so it was very obvious that it wasn’t supposed to be like that and my push bottom on top right next to the floppy screen didn’t function!!! I’ve took it back 3 different times now and the last time I got there at 10 minutes to 6 and waited for about 6 minutes and when I was talking to guy about my issue he looked at his watch and completely interrupted me and said store is closed now and I have to leave and would have to come back tomorrow and told me I had to leave?? And I was by no means being nothing but respectful!!
I brought my iPhone 11 in to this store to have the screen repaired. They spent 15 minutes explaining policies and having me sign waivers that protect the store. The info they conveniently left out was that they use cheap aftermarket parts in their repairs and charge a premium price for them. I now have a permanent red alert label on my phone saying there is a screen on my phone not supported by Apple. I would highly recommend avoiding this store and going to a reputable, Apple certified location to get your phone repaired.
We were referred here by AT&T, and were very impressed with the polite and professional customer service, and how clean and organized the store was. I was also impressed that that they were able to replace my cracked iPhone screen the same day, and the price seemed reasonable. I’ll be returning again soon to have the batteries replaced in my key fabs! Glad I found this place.
I had a 3:30 pm appointment to get my phone fixed however I discovered that the appointment is really the time to drop your phone off. It joins the queue of phones dropped off before. Regardless, they were able to satisfactorily repair the phone that same day and at a very reasonable price. I will definitely return.
My iPhone battery replacement was handed well, they included a general inspection of the phone and it's functionality, which resulted in a bit of cleaning, none of which bore any cost. The battery seems to be working well, and they had some good advice on how to maintain the health of the battery. They also had an unrelated product in store which I needed in greater quantity than they had on hand, they facilitated a store-to-store transfer and had the product brought to my local store.
