Absolutely do not go to them for battery replacement!! I went to get my battery replaced for my iPhone and they broke my perfectly good screen and replaced it with an aftermarket Chinese screen and they didn’t even tell me they did that. When I confronted them they were so unapologetic, absolute worst. I could’ve just sued them but I didn’t want the hassle.

Mike was super helpful with my iPhone battery! I felt slightly stupid because the battery health Icon on my phone said it was at 88% but it was not acting such, it would not hold a charge more than four hours even on Low Power Mode so I called and Mike said they could repair it. I need my phone to work properly for my next hiking trip, so it was a relief to hear that they could fix it for me! For ~70$ ish!!! this is my second time going to batteries plus in a decade and I was happy this time they didn’t ask for my phone passcode like last time, certainly wasn’t comfortable last time, but this time with Mike servicing my phone, everything was excellent!!

I brought in my iPhone 6 with a suspected defective battery. One other customer ahead of me. I was dealt with quickly and politely. A quick diagnosis of issue was performed, an estimate of cost was provided and my information was taken. I was asked if I was experiencing any other problems and was told my repair would be complete in about an hour. My contact on another phone was requested for a call when done. I received a call in LESS than an hour, returned to the store and was greeted courteously. The warranty details were explained and my payment processed. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY VISIT TO BATTERIES + !!!!

Arrived on time and the phone was done a little over an hour. I got a battery replacement on my Note 5. It now holds a charge way better, and they were very professional about it. Time will tell with this new battery but all seems well.

The guy that helped me was very helpful and informative about what he did and found on my phone. And my phone works great ! And there prices are great. It’s funny because i took my phone to Best Buy’s geek squad first and they told me my phone was trash and needed replaced and tried selling me a 1200$ phone. Yeah no thanks. Make sure you go get a second opinion over at batteries + bulbs good crew of guys over there
