Extremely courteous and timely. Had a broken phone screen. He said it would be done at a specific time and it was. Even put our new phone case on for us. Only complaint would be the price but I think it's probably comparable to others in the phone repair business. I like that it was ready in a couple of hours, not days. Customer service was great. Extremely friendly and helpful, but it took 2 replacement screens and about 3 hours to get one to work properly on my iPhone 7 Plus . I wish I had just sucked it up and went to an Apple store to have it fixed.
