Extremely courteous and timely. Had a broken phone screen. He said it would be done at a specific time and it was. Even put our new phone case on for us. Only complaint would be the price but I think it's probably comparable to others in the phone repair business. I like that it was ready in a couple of hours, not days. Friendly, fast, and professional service.

My phone’s replacement battery was in stock and I was able to schedule and complete its replacement at my convenience within a few hours, same morning I scheduled it. The service was prompt and the tech was knowledgeable and courteous. I would return here for repairs and would recommend Batteries & Bulbs in West Sacramento.

These guys saved me hundreds of dollars by replacing my cellphone's screen and had customer service. Verizon said the screen couldn't be replaced so Verizon pushed us for an phone upgrade. I'll definitely be a returning customer. Thank you!

Customer service was great. Extremely friendly and helpful, but it took 2 replacement screens and about 3 hours to get one to work properly on my iPhone 7 Plus . I wish I had just sucked it up and went to an Apple store to have it fixed.
