I ordered (10) plants through Home Depot that came from Baucom’s. I was apprehensive because I prefer to see plants before buying so I know what I am getting. What a surprise! I was very impressed with the quality of the plants and the prompt delivery! Very Nice!!
I bought a 5 gal purple hibiscus plant 12/9 from home depo. Plant was crushed. Home depo has reached out to Jennifer several times & all calls/emails are ignored. All I ask for is a replacement. One day they were $15, the next day $84!!! I’ll update my review if the vendor Jennifer Baucom responds. Please take care of your customers. Thank you
Ordered a 2.25 gallon crepe myrtle through home depot. Got a tiny sickly tree with a lot of dead growth. The main branches are hardly alive . Ridiculous condition for almost $50. Most of the few leaves that were on the tree had fallen off. I don't know how they can send out something looking like this. This didn't happen in transit
You can "trust your delivery" of your plants will be taken care of! ( part of Home Depot order arived today they are very healthy) My plants are very beautiful and the prices are great I have been through it trust me! finely someone cared about the plants I recommend this nursery 100%
Through Amazon I ordered these 2-gal Nandina Obsession for massive pots on my SE-exposure lanai. Baucom's Nursery Co. filled the order. I am most impressed. They came a day early (very good, as my area can get hot in March), extremely well-packaged, and in excellent condition. Kudos, Baucom's!
