Very disappointing experience. I sent two emails and made several calls without any response. When I finally received a callback, the representative was unable to answer basic questions and instead pushed me to schedule a $300 consultation with Brian Baum a month out. When I asked what the consultation would cover, I was told “you can ask questions.” I clarified that I’m not yet operational and simply needed to confirm whether the firm could handle filing a 2025 corporate return related to startup expenses. No clear answer was provided. Overall, I was unable to get even a basic determination of fit without paying for a consultation.
