Susan and Tara are absolute gems in the tax world. They don’t just file and disappear — they actually explain what’s happening every step of the way. Any time I didn’t understand something, they took the time to break it down and educate me so I knew exactly what was going on. You can tell they genuinely look out for you from start to finish — it’s like having tax experts and financial bodyguards in one. My whole family uses them for both business and personal taxes, and we wouldn’t trust anyone else!

If my husband and I could give Susan more than five stars we absolutely would! Not only did she take care of an "emergency" on our part but she handled it within not even a couple hours. She was very responsive, polite, professional and we will be using her for our new business this coming year!

I did my 2023 tax return there with my husband when I was married. I never got my return and all they could tell me was it was taking some people years to get their returns. When I just went to H&R Block and I federal and state got accepted the same day. I was recommended to Susan. I definitely do not recommend.

I have used Stark Tax Services for two years now for our non-profit and personal taxes. Their secure online portal makes it easy to upload our documents and they are extremely quick in completing the filing. Susan is always patient in answering any questions I may have.
