We rented the Aloha Bounce House and the Dual Lane Tropical Slide for a birthday party as well as we added on the generator so we didnt have to plug into our shaky outside outlet. Everything was fantastic! I searched many companies and I'm so glad we went with Bay Area. First the ordering process was very easy. I love that you can search by your event date and it will let you know right away if an item is not available. Also, pricing is labeled upfront no guessing until checkout what the costs are like other companies I checked. Each unit shows not only the size but the space they need to set up. Emails were detailed with instructions of what to expect and when they would be in touch. Dave called the day before and let us know what time they would need to deliver and pick up. The day of they showed up at the given time and had both inflatables up and running in about 1/2 hour. He explained how to keep everything running with the generator and in case of emergencies what to do. We did not attach water to the slide but he left the hose and showed us how to set it if we decided to change our minds. The team was very friendly and extremely efficient in set up and tear down. All the kids had a fantastic time and the parents were happy with the quality of the inflatables. We will definitely be renting from Bay Area again!
