Could not be happier with the job that they did for us adding on a room to our home. The final product was beautiful, their communication was excellent, and the price was exactly what they said it would be. The whole team was very knowledgeable, and did a nice job guiding us through making the best decisions while also listening to our preferences. They even did a nice job working around the dog. A special shout out to Rene, who in addition to everything said above, is just a terrific guy.

We had a fantastic experience with Bay Builders on our renovation and addition project. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship was outstanding—every finish and trim showed their dedication to perfection. Gilad and Rene, our project managers, were wonderful to work with, guiding us through the process with clear communication and professionalism. The team worked quickly and efficiently, with little downtime or delays, and kept the project moving smoothly. If we were to do it again, we’d absolutely hire Bay Builders for the full design-build process. Highly recommend them for quality, organization, and great results.

We first heard about Bay Builders from a realtor friend who highly recommended them. We interviewed multiple contractors, all of whom had done nice work, but Bay Builders really stood out right from the beginning. During the proposal process, they came to the house a few times to ensure they captured the full scope of the project. Additionally, we wanted to see their quality of work so Gilad arranged a few site visits and connected us with past clients who all raved about Gilad and his team. It was clear that Bay Builders was the best choice for quality and speed. From the beginning of the process until the end, Bay Builders was exceptional to work with. We had a dedicated project manager, Tomar, who really helped communicate what was happening that week and managed the subs. More importantly, Tomar was such a pleasure to work with. He is very approachable, detailed and diligent. I've heard nightmare stories about other contractors being slow, hard to contact and missing deadlines, but Gilad and Tomar made the entire process stress free and enjoyable! They were great about keeping us informed about what was going on, what decisions needed to be made so that we could stay on schedule. If any issues arose, Gilad and Tomar would always come to the table with a solution and assure us that at the end of the day, they wanted to make sure we were happy. The quality of their work is outstanding and our project finished on time which is rarity given the complexity and change orders associated with our remodel! They have excellent communication skills, are very detail oriented and most importantly, have your best interest at heart. I would highly recommend them. Everyone who has seen the finished product is blown away by the transformation. We are so happy with how our home turned out.

Our requirement was unique since we own a commercial building, so we were really looking for a contractor who had commercial experience. While I interviewed a handful of commercial-only specialists, I heard of Bay Builders through a friend, who raved about their work and customer service after they just finished their newly-remodeled home. After several meetings, we ultimately chose Bay Builders because of their professionalism, attention to detail, focus and idea generation. From the start to the end, they were easy to work with and very communicative. They told us in the beginning that they would be flexible, and they worked with the motto that they would do whatever we needed to make us happy. We worked with Tomar, who was our dedicated project manager, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very responsive, attentive to our needs, managed his team well, and he helped us with many creative solutions. His team of people were always on time, hardworking and never cut corners. To this day, if we need advice on either a new project or to fix a current issue, Tomar and Gilad are always available to provide us with guidance and advice. We cannot be more pleased with the results of our project. The quality of their work is impeccable. We feel as though we are lucky to have found Bay Builders. We were able to get the quality construction of a commercial contractor with the flexibility, customer service and design excellence of a residential contractor.
