Our place had no cooling right when the heat started building up indoors, and it got uncomfortable fast. I called later in the evening and didn’t expect anyone to answer, but Mateo picked up and set up a weekend visit. He handled the air conditioning installation smoothly and didn’t add any extra fees for the timing.

We decided to go with a ductless mini split after dealing with constant temperature swings. Aaron handled the installation and immediately noticed a sizing issue from our old setup. He explained the fix in a way that was easy to follow and got everything up and running without dragging the job out. What I appreciated most was how quickly he tracked down the root of the problem and corrected it.

Our heat pump had been inconsistent for weeks, sometimes working, sometimes not. Omar came out for maintenance and took a really detailed look at everything before jumping to conclusions. He caught a hidden issue in the controls that explained all the weird behavior. Broke it down in a simple way and got it sorted without dragging it out. The whole visit moved along quickly, and the pricing felt fair for the level of work.

Started noticing more dust and stuffy air, so I had someone check on our indoor air quality. Andre came out for maintenance and did a really detailed inspection, found an issue with filtration that I wouldn’t have caught myself. He explained everything clearly and laid out the fix without making it complicated. Got things handled pretty quickly and you could tell he knew what he was looking for. The whole experience felt honest, and the quality of work really shows. Communication was smooth and easy the entire time.
