We can not say enough great things about the team at BayPaws Clearwater. We have been bringing our Mastiff puppy Caine here since he was 16 weeks old. He is giant with puppy energy. They have been very helpful and patient with our boy. They make the best decisions about what is best for him and the pack. We get photo updates of playtime and texts if they need to communicate. We can't thank them enough about the love and patience they show our boy. 💙💙

We love Bay paws and their staff. We use them once a month for extended stay. It is a fun, safe place for our fur baby. She is happy there which makes us happy.❤️

Called this place over 2weeks ago! Went and took a tour and the place was very nice! The only issue was that the staff had no idea of what the policy and procedures were at this place. During the tour we were told everything we wanted to hear by the young lady doing the tour working the front desk. After getting all the reservations made and planning our trip we were told a completely different thing by another person. Leaving us with no place to leave our dog! Long story short we been dealing with this place over 2weeks now meeting all there criteria and still no accommodations form this place. Most horrible customers service experience I've ever had! We were forced to make sudden arrangements with another place and by the way saving over $75.00 On our two night stay for our dog. Would not recommend this place due to the lack of customer service and the staff not being on the same page!

I love Bay Paws Resort! They do such a great job communicating and taking care of my dogs when I’m out of town. It’s such a relief knowing they are in good hands while I travel (one less thing to worry about). They are also so accommodating. My flight was cancelled, so it took me an extra day to get back. They took care of my dogs no problem! I appreciate the care they provide and will be back in a few weeks! :)

Hands down the safest doggy daycare ever! The one important thing that made me feel okay was that they’re not on a main road like every other daycare. They have a nice inside yard with AC and camera's. The outside yard has the turf so your dog won’t get too dirty. My little Sir Binks Thomas followed both the daycare attendants and he was the smallest one so they made sure to look down and watch where they step which I loved! After experiencing a safe day I would say, I recommend this daycare only.
