I can see why this place has so many reviews and is 5 stars!!! This was the BEST florist I’ve ever had the pleasure of ordering from!! I have always had one issue or another with florists and deliveries, but she was so friendly and simply AMAZING!!! The communication and care was the most refreshing thing I’ve experienced with a florist yet! I told her how I wanted the arrangement to look (based on the image I had in my head) and she exceeded my expectations!! Pictures just do not do justice!!! 💘💘💘💘

Hayes does such a beautiful job; we live in NY my mother-in-law lives in Pinellas Park. We use Hayes for all holidays, but this Christmas display, She said it was the most beautiful flower she’s ever seen and was so excited to get it. She’s 94 years old.
