Another customer blocked access to the underbody wash and it became a bit stressful, but the team stepped in straight away and handled it professionally and calmly. They helped resolve the situation quickly and made us feel supported. The staff are genuinely lovely — friendly, smiling, and helpful even on a public holiday.
