I came in after Christmas to get a ring my mom gave me resized. Joe Ichaporia (at the Northpark location) was absolutely amazing. He is very passionate and explained everything to me. After picking up my ring I also brought in another piece of jewelry to turn into a ring, I also brought along my mother that needed some services with her jewelry done as well. Joe took amazing care of us and did an amazing job with everything. I will alway ask for Joe when coming in!!! I highly recommend him to all my friend and family!!

This is my first negative review, but after over a year of trying to resolve this privately, I feel I have no choice. I brought my late mother’s watch to BC Clark simply to identify the brand. I was encouraged to have it cleaned and a battery replaced. During disassembly, the watch was broken and sent to Houston for repair. Months later when the watch was returned, I was billed nearly $1,000, which I paid, despite the damage occurring while in their care. When I later tried to wear the watch, it did not keep accurate time so I returned the watch to the store and was told—again—it had to go back to Houston. ANOTHER 2 months have past and I have called multiple times and gone into the store several times. Each time I was told someone would call me. At this point, I do not care if the watch works—I simply want my mother’s watch returned to me. The lack of communication, disrespect and accountability has been extremely disappointing.
