I’ve used R & R twice for jewelry repairs and each time they have been so kind, very knowledgeable, fairly priced, and have a quick turnaround. Their selection of jewelry is stunning and special, and their customer service has made a loyal customer of me!
Called this business to inquire about purchasing a ring and earrings from me. I explained I had it appraised and the man on the phone told me what to do, how to bring it in and make sure I bring the appraisal. I get there and the first person I showed the items to did not even acknowledge me once I pulled the items out, he simply waved at his coworker and said he didn’t even know what to say. The second person first said they aren’t interested, then said that they would purchase it if we could agree on a price but showed me a ring with non comparable diamonds and stated that piece they showed me is only worth $xxxx. It wasn’t even a comparable item. I am fully aware that businesses need to make a profit, I wasn’t expecting a high number for the offer. But to be treated like this is very ridiculous. He kept saying he wanted to educate me, but it felt predatory and dismissive.
We came to R&R Estate Jewelers hoping to repurpose a diamond and a few other stones from an old family ring, but we had no idea what direction to take. The team was incredibly patient and attentive, walking us through every possible option and helping us understand what would work best. Their custom design work was truly exceptional—what they created was beyond anything we imagined. They provided clear estimates for each potential design, helping us stay comfortably within our budget without ever sacrificing quality. The final ring is absolutely stunning and showcases the diamond beautifully. It turned out even better than we hoped for! Thank you, R&R, for your artistry, guidance, and care. The staff was very polite, friendly and had more knowledge on jewelry of all kinds, than any other place I had purchased or sold in many states combined. Would definitely recommend them on any day!
I have been in here many times now and am always pleasantly surprised with how these gentlemen conduct business! My first time in was a few years ago when my husband and I were looking for my wedding band. I wanted something vintage but also something that complimented my engagement ring. I found THE ONE here! The piece was already soldered together but needed to be adjusted to fit around my ring…they quickly went to work! I think I got it back early the next week. It was beautiful, sparkling, and affordable! I recommend this store to all of my friends!!
