Had a great experience with B&D. Vi Nguyen took great care of us at reception (super nice!), and Colin walked me through the repairs so I knew exactly what to expect. The work was done in just two days, the car looks perfect, and driving a Mercedes loaner while I waited was a nice bonus. Highly recommend.
We had a car accident and had to find repair shop, so was googling and found this place which has great reviews. Everyone in this shop was so kind, efficient and the store itself is clean and organized! Ms Vi Nguyen was the one we met at the front counter and her customer service skill was top notch, made us feel welcome and comfortable in visiting. I highly recommend this body shop! This was my first visit, and I was truly impressed with the top-notch customer service. I want to give a special thanks to the lady who helped me, though I didn’t catch her name. She took the time to look at all the scratches and dents on my vehicle, listening patiently to all my concerns and provided a clear explanation to ICBC. Once my claim was approved, they provided me with a premium courtesy car, which was a pleasant surprise. The service really exceeded my expectations. When I got my car back after the repair, it looked fantastic! They even fixed the wheel alignment and checked all the sensor lights. I really appreciate the effort they put into making everything right. I noticed the reception area had some awards and appreciation certificates on display, which makes sense now because I can see why this body shop is held in such high regard. Amazing service from B&D Autobody and Glass! I called on a Thursday, got in for an inspection Saturday, dropped my car off Friday, and it was fully repaired by Monday — super fast! They provided a courtesy Lexus, handled everything with ICBC, and even cleaned and washed my car before pickup. The repair work was flawless and the whole process was smooth. Highly recommend!
