My new car was broken into in a Yaletown parking garage. While I was driving home, I looked over and saw a car with the B&D logo. I chased after it. They closed within 10 minutes and got everything sorted out. Within two business days, I picked up my car, and they had made it perfect. They corrected all the cosmetic damage, detailed the car, and organized my boxes. Honestly, thank you for making a terrible situation somewhat okay. I recently had work done on my vehicle at B&D auto-body and I was extremely impressed by the friendly yet professional service provided by Collin and his team. Collin took his time explaining what could be done and set the expectation. The end result of his team's work was absolutely great, and the job was finished before anticipated time. I received regular updates on the status of my vehicle so I was well informed of the progress. I appreciated the use of their loaner vehicle while my vehicle was in the shop. I recently went to D&B Autobody for an ICBC claim after a minor fender bender where my front bumper and headlight needed replacing, and I had a great experience from start to finish. Vi was my main point of contact and was knowledgeable, patient, and wonderful to deal with throughout. From answering my emails to guiding me through each step, the team was friendly, quick to respond, and very transparent about the ICBC process, keeping me informed the whole way. Stopping by for an assessment was easy (no appointment needed), and the complimentary coffee and refreshments were a nice bonus. Once approved, they scheduled me within a few days, I dropped my car off Wednesday morning and it was ready before the weekend. The repairs were beautifully done, better than I expected, and they even cleaned my car, which was full of sand and forest debris from my dog (I would have cleaned it beforehand if I’d known!). Highly recommend D&B Autobody- kind, trustworthy people with real integrity.

Good bodyshop but after a small incident with Jeremy few years ago he decided to not take my services anymore without any explanation and I got help instead from another staff at the shop that was professional. It's just that I felt I'm not welcome to the store anymore like before the incident.
