Just a heads up if you need an ICBC claim or you need bodywork done and don’t have a go to shop. As a car enthusiast. craftsmanship and honest pricing rank just above service, location and satisfaction. I got all of the above thanks to Lana, who runs the operation and is very organized, professional and articulate and Lewis who handles the ICBC computer ordering of parts with a smile full props for the vibe in the shop, which is immaculate, orderly and promises made promises kept had to pass this along to my Car enthusiast out there

Absolutely stoked by the work done here. Brought my car in last week, I was instantly able to get my car looked at, filled out some paper work, and got a courtesy car all within 30mins of getting there. This was the only shop that was able to help me due to my car’s age. The staff are very kind and did such a great job on my car. Even with my car being 20 years old and in an unusual colour, they did a fantastic job in just over a week. They even filled in the millions of rock chips on my hood and gave it a great clean inside and out. I will always recommend them to anyone!

I had scraped my rear passenger door on a cement pillar and although the car was still fully driveable, I wanted to get it fixed. I did some research of local shops and after reading K P Auto's reviews, called to get an estimate. I was able to bring my car in right away and Kevin extensively went through the estimate with me, giving me lots of details and tips. After getting an estimate from a second shop, I decided to go with Kevin because he made such a great impression and was also able to do the work right away. They provided me with a courtesy car and the work was done in a week. I am THRILLED with the results, my car looks better than it did when I bought it. They painted some other small chips I had and did a thorough clean of the interior and exterior. Kevin is so nice, communicative, and does excellent work, he even came in an hour and a half early so I could make it to work on time with my repaired car. Highly highly recommend!

I just picked up my 18-month-old vehicle - dented door with deep scratches. The work is superb. There is no sign of any damage, no discoloration, no texture difference... Perfectly blended, including the door handle which was badly scratched and pitted. Kevin gave me a price that came in almost 30% lower than a competitor's quote, and the job was completed on time (only took 1 week) and at the exact agreed-upon price. I will definitely send business Kevin's way whenever I hear of someone looking for a recommendation.
