We rocked up, a group of completely inexperienced dudes with questionable flexibility and extremely mixed fitness levels, and Cathy went truly out of her way to take us through a class in style. This was my first ever experience with hot yoga and it was as challenging and rewarding as I was warned it would be. Thanks Be Well, for supporting us and our Movember fundraising madness. Cathy is a gem and I would highly recommend trying a class even if you're like me and touching your toes is more stretch goal than routine stretch.
