I’ve Learned so much about proactive recovery through Beach Cities Cryo. I was never exposed to Halo or hyperbaric treatments, and it made a material difference in my overall health. I don’t find myself catching colds or dealing with aches and pains in the same way since I’ve visited. My only encouragement to someone who might be reading this is to go check it out for yourself – if it’s anything like me, you’ll be amazed with the results.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I went for my first ever cryo treatment, and truly felt at home. They walked my through the step by step of what to expect, and also checked on me regularly. Overall I felt invigorated/energized and my inflammation reduced. I would recommended this wellness center to anyone looking for a professional place to heal, reset, or improve overall health.

Beach Cities was absolutely amazing! My favorite service was the salt sauna which helped with my skin, clear my respiratory , and reduced my stress. I also found the compression therapy to immediately relieve my muscle tension and help with my circulation. I also add the Celluma onto my services, which does wonders for my skin. Highly recommend!

As a lawyer in my 40s I’ve spent a lot of my days sitting at a desk, hunched over a computer. Despite lots of yoga, physical activity, a sit/stand desk, etc. I still have chronic tightness in my hips, shoulders, and lower back. I went to Beach Cities Cryo and after one PEMF session and a compression therapy session I left feeling 10lbs lighter. The space is clean, modern, and beautiful, the staff was super kind & friendly, and the therapies were very healing. Book now- your body will thank you. I know mine does.

This was such an amazing experience!! I’ve always wanted to try cryotherapy and the staff explained everything throughout the whole process. Jennifer helped me through the treatment and was warm, welcoming, and incredibly insightful. Definitely going to come back again soon! This is a must try!
