Took the 8:30 all level flow with Maria and it was AWESOME!! Had never done hot yoga before and the class was so fun and such a perfect flow to start my Monday morning! I am a broke college student and I often can’t do yoga because of the cost, so the pay what you can aspect really means a lot. Most definitely will be coming back all the time

Truly the best studio ever. I am one to rarely leave reviews, unless a place has really moved me. This place is AMAZING. The donation based classes are such a great idea. The teachers? Phenomenal. Every teacher was very educated, and each had their own unique music taste (all great). The heat wasn’t too much or too little. I got a great sweat, stretch, workout & conversation every single time. This studio has stood out to me so very much (I’ve been to alot of studios). Thank you beach town yoga!! I can’t recommend this place enough♥️

I just got back from my yoga teacher training with Beach Town Yoga and words cannot describe the intimate amazing experience we were offered during our time in Costa Rica. This was truly a life changing experience for myself and our entire group of students. I will carry this experience, what I learned, memories, and most importantly the love and passion that was created in this special place with me for the rest of my life.
