Josh and Nate came out today to help fix my leaking facet. After talking to them, I decided to also get a new water softener. They were amazing. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The had both the facet and water softener fixed and running in about 3 hours. I will definitely use them again. My dogs loved them both and keep asking for more pets from them.

Huge shoutout to Alex and Nathan for excellent work. They found a test ball left in the sewer line of my brand-new home and fixed the issue quickly and professionally. Alex led the job and was completely on his game — sharp, thorough, and efficient. The problem was resolved with zero hangups. Grateful for these guys and for getting my sewer fully operational again. We had an outstanding experience with Jonathan from Beacon Plumbing — truly one of the best professionals we’ve ever worked with. From start to finish, Jonathan was punctual, pleasant, and incredibly hardworking. He put in long hours to install our double vanity and didn’t just stop at the basics — he went the extra mile by helping to place, mount, and carefully seal it to perfection. What really impressed us was his willingness to crawl under our home and navigate the dirt to repair a cracked pipe — without complaint and with a smile. He was well-mannered, friendly with our dog, and kept a great attitude even late into the evening. And despite how late it was, he made sure everything was thoroughly cleaned up before leaving. His attention to detail and pride in his work really showed. The follow-up from Jonathan and the Beacon Plumbing team after the job was also top-notch. From start to finish, Beacon's response time, communication, and scheduling process were stellar — incredibly professional and efficient. Yes, they may be on the pricier side, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Beacon Plumbing made it easy to get the job done right the first time, and Jonathan was a major reason why.
