This company runs cougar and trademark. They have no techs that have any real experience and will only try to sell you a new system instead of a repair regardless of it's age. They are trained to push the sale and no they will be punished if their numbers are low. Be careful with which company you hire! Go with Bills heating and air condition instead, you won't regret it.

Right Now Heating and Air Conditioning installed 3 mini splits in my home. The did an amazing job removing the old unit, ran new electrical, and lines in conduit along the house. Thru the entire install communicated well with me and heard my concerns during the process. Their head office was very supportive and made sure the job was done right. I again want to thank the installers, they were very supportive with my schedule, did amazing work, and when the job was finished cleaned up behind themselves, thanks again I look forward to working with y'all again.

Kaiden was our serviceman to examine our heating and cooling systems. He arrived at the scheduled time and was very courteous and friendly making sure he put on his boot covers before entering the house. He was very thorough in his inspection and explained everything that needs attention in the near future. The system is 11-12 years old which is at about its lifetime of service. He throughly cleaned and inspected both systems and also arranged for someone to come out and give us a quote for replacing the systems. Kaiden seemed very knowledgeable about how the systems work and explained everything. Thank you Kaiden!
