I'm not usually the kinda guy who leaves reviews even if I'm disappointed by a business, but this little book store impressed me so much I had to make an exception. Immediately when I walked throughout the door I was greeted by a very friendly staff member who radiated the kind of enthusiasm that only comes from someone who is genuinely excited to see a customer and passionate with their work. Within a few moments of conversation she was able to point me twords several books I would be interested in and even went into their back storage area twice, without being asked, to hunt the very last copy of one book that currently occupies the whole of my attention. The store itself is spotless with customers being asked to remove their shoes at the door to prevent mud and slush from being tracked throughout the bookshelves. Its an unusual practice, but one that helps prevent damage to their products and lends to its comfortable atmosphere. After all, where else do you take off your boots in alaska other than someone's home? I believe that if the owners play their cards right by continuing to invest in their community through book swaps or book clubs they have the potential to become a thriving small business and a rare success story in a harsh economy.

Beautiful little bookstore with a great selection of romance of all spice tolerances! ❤️‍🔥 When you walk in they ask you to remove your shoes and have comfy slippers provided. There are two themed rooms a pink rom com room and a gothic dark romance room with a limited seating area. They have a large selection of local authors and a book club to join 📚
