I had an amazing experience with my new waxer! From the moment I booked, her communication was on point. She immediately reached out, confirmed my appointment time, and clearly explained all of her policies, which I really appreciated. I even woke up late the day of my appointment and she still accommodated me last minute with no attitude—just professionalism, which meant a lot. When I arrived, the vibe and aesthetic of her space were beautiful, warm, and super inviting. She was very personable, talkative, and took the time to educate me during the service, which made me feel comfortable and taken care of. If I could give her 10 stars I would—definitely a 5-star experience and I’ll absolutely be back!
