The massage was great! The customer service from the fda and the manager were trash! When I checked out the fda told me I can't use my coupon b/c I had already used it? I said that's not true and if I had why didn't you take it? She said,"I asked for it back," I said why would I do that. "She said I don't know maybe so you could try to use it again like today!" WHAT I have never been so irate, so basic she out right called me a thief. I told her pull up my account and tell me when have I EVER gotten an enhancement here she could not b/c I had never. The manager then shoos her to the back of the building and she proceed to finish my transaction with out an apology but just to hurry me out of the spa. I'm done going there. The customer service sucks and I can't seem to get the owner to let them know and this is every time I check out it's a problem for me. They are unprofessional, dismissive and rude but not when I'm spending my money. If I could it would have been 0 stars

I have been going for 1hr Swedish massages at MassageLuXe Indy for roughly six months now, and let me tell you, it has been worth every penny! My massage therapist Syam is a pro and he makes sure I always leave feeling like a million bucks! Highly recommend!

Omg !!!! I’m at a loss for words. With this being my first professional massage ever. I can say that i am 100% satisfied, tony was amazing she listened to my problems areas and was able to make sure that she focused on those and still managed make sure i was relaxed. She asked if the pressure she was using was okay enough for me in the very beginning and the same pressure was applied the whole time! I will be coming back and bring others !

I’ve been going to Massage Luxe for a year now and have only used massage therapist Syam K. I always go back to him since he always does an excellent job, uses the right pressure and technique. I always feel very comfortable with him. I have even used him with the added services of aromatherapy and the foot scrub with my massages and both of those have been great as well. I would definitely recommend using Syam K. to anyone.

My first massage here was just after I finished moving. It was a special and I decided to try it out. Syam K. is amazing! He really understands the his craft. I now have a membership because of him. I’m never sore and I always feel amazing for several days afterwards. I highly recommend him.
