Wish i got better pictures but this place is lovely. Find a staff that does the best work and stick with them. I found that in Chloe and Ken! Oh and the complementary drinks is fire ( I only tried cucumber limeade 🤤) I found my spot until further notice

My first time first impressions is it’s really nice and feels luxury, the staff if very nice and always makes sure your good and have all your needs met. They also give you a complementary drink :D Definitely coming back here!

The older woman I got for my pedicure is either deaf or completely ignored me. I was telling her it was hurting when she was drilling off the gel polish I already had, I would think she’d at least soak them for a couple minutes instead of burning my toes?? And I even had to ask her to do it softer. She ignored that comment, when it came to the part with the cuticle treatment she dug the sharp tweezers into my skin and shred my skin. I asked her to stop and she ignored me completely, saying “ok ok” it took me pulling my foot out of her hands and saying “ok I’m done” for her to stop and by then she had ripped skin off of my toe. Worst of all as I had my foot in the air she kept trying to stab the part where she ripped my skin off with the sharp end of her tool. (I added the photo, it looks horrible) she kept grabbing my foot and saw I was in distress and completely ignored me, she but some blue liquid on it and ignored that I was in pain, not once did she ask me if I was okay. Her boss comes around and they start arguing with each other (I did not understand) and all they offered was to have someone else do it, I declined. My toe was bleeding and throbbing from pain, how can you expect someone to want to continue after that sort of trauma?? I’m not one to cause a scene but these two almost didn’t want to let me leave I had to say “I’m not doing this anymore I don’t want it” loudly. I put my shoes back on and left. I left limping. I had to wait to drive because my toe was in so much pain and I ended up going to urgent care and they gauzed and medicated my toe for this. What happened I hope does not happen to anyone else. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It may look physically appealing but the service is horrible, and not even an apology for doing what she did is crazy to me. Her boss apologized and she didn’t, so I know I was not in the wrong. To top it all off this was my first time here and last. If my toe ends up getting infected I will be filing a report. Also the nails on my hands were not done by them, I went to Aria Nail Bar in camelback road and central!
