I’m really surprised; this was one of the worst spa experiences I’ve had. Maybe my massage therapist was in training but she doesn’t know how to give massages. The room was freezing cold even with the heated massage table it was ice cold. There were no slippers, I had to request a pair. I guess people walk barefoot? Gross. And the spa hot tub is broken. Extremely over priced

Omg had the most amazing spa day with my mom. Samantha was amazing ! I love my nails and toes so much, the attentiveness and conversation was outstanding. Can't wait to book again. Went to the steam room and hottin for a little bit , didn't get a chance to go to the pool or have a massage as we had a later appointment, regardless we will be back time and time again.

Oh my gosh I am a little apprehensive to write this review because this place was so AMAZING very peaceful and NOT packed at all. It was such a phenomenal experience we joked that we rented the whole spa out for the day because it was that quiet and private. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile and exceptional customer service. Arcasia was our spa tenant and she was very tentative to our needs and experience. She would check in to see if there was anything she could do or get us. We spent about 6 hours here. We started off with a tour guided by Arcasia then we ordered sangria (one red, one white) it was a drink package that comes with a chocolate tart that was absolutely delicious! We waited for our services in a private lounge area. The salt scrub I recieved from Moriah was rejuvenation to the body it was 55 min. We then came back to the lounge where the tart was delivered to us. We then went to the private jacuzzi where we spent about 2 hours, no one else was in the area Arcasia came out many times to check on us and seen if we needed anything she was happy to take our orders and deliver them to us. We then went back inside and jumped in the steamroom, what an experience! Then showered and they have everything you need, shampoo, conditioner, razors, boat wash, anything you need. We were going out to dinner after so we were able to get ready in their vanity area with out problems. Again they have all the hair products you might need to get ready for the evening. They close at 6 and we finished packing up around 6:20 and they never tried rushing us and never made mention to us about the time. You will feel valued and a high quality of customer service here.. they even gave me a beautiful birthday gift signed by the staff!!!! Wonderful place to go and feel appreciated and well taken care of! Thank you all for your dedication to high quality service!

They recently opened again but not everything is open.. No one there to cut hair.. the steam rooms I was told were off.. I totally needed a hair cut and a good sweat. I could not reserve online nor buy a gift card..So I went there personally. I sent an email a week ago to help with advertisement/ photography with no response.. I will be happy to rewrite this when I get a response and things get back into play.. The staff was upset knowing they are losing customers.. The whole place looks amazing and a little creepy at the same time looking like a morg. The one picture on maps shows a picture of a sofa that hasn't been there in years.. sad.. Please let me help.

Spa Botanica is a wonderful experience. I was in Glendale, Arizona for business this past week and stayed in the Renaissance Hotel where Spa Botanica is located. I have never had a full spa experience and I generally prefer to go outside of the hotel I'm staying in for any travel, dining, or tourist experience, but one of my colleagues mentioned that she had free a 5-minute massage from one of the spa team which was so good that she went back for an hour massage which she really enjoyed. I looked at the spa brochure in my room and was able to stop by the Spa during lunch on the last day of my trip to see if they had any late afternoon spots available. They did, and I was able to sign up for a body wrap and massage. As I have never been to a spa before, I thought I would show up for my 4 p.m. appointment and that would be all. However, the very nice young lady who set my appointment (unfortunately I did not read her name tag) then proceeded to tell me that I would have access to the spa which included the jacuzzi pool, showers, and lockers, so I could come down early to relax before my appointment. I took this opportunity to come down an hour and a half early, and when I arrived the same young lady and Jaime were at the front desk. Both were very gracious and helpful. Jaime took me on a tour of the facility, got me some spa slippers and showed me where my comfortable robe, the changing room and lockers were. The kindness of the staff, and the clean and relaxing atmosphere was exactly what I hope a spa experience would be. I enjoyed the pool, and the Eucalyptus infused shower before my "Better with Age" body wrap and massage with Maria. I highly recommend the wrap and massage. Maria was wonderful and patient, and really helped me relax after incredibly busy work week. She also kindly let me know that they closed at 7 p.m. so I could relax in the lounge area until I was ready to leave. I was able to relax and read a few chapters of a book, enjoy another Eucalyptus shower and then head back to my room before closing time. I left Arizona early the next morning and was still relaxed and happy about my spa experience. I hope to visit again with my friends, and Spa Botanica will be on the list of places to visit. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
