I called ahead to ask if someone was available for a soak off. I was told it’d be a 15-20 minute wait but to go ahead and come in. I got there within 10 minutes- repeated my request and was told to take a seat. I have been waiting for a whole 2 hours so far. No one has spoken to me since I sat down so I’m not even sure who I’m waiting for. Typing this review as I wait for my ride. Very disappointing experience.
