I HAD AN AMAZING TIME HERE! It was my first time. I did the reflexology massage with Greg and it was super relaxing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the staff at the front. They were very welcoming, personable, and hospitable. Greg, made me feel very welcomed also. He is full of so much life, knowledge and good energy. Upon checkout I discovered they offer fresh pressed juices. I purchased some and they are delicious. The environment is completely therapeutic and extremely clean. I definitely recommend and will be back for future appointments.

Highly recommend this place! I’ve been multiple times for both massages and infrared sauna sessions, and every experience has been amazing. The deep tissue massages are truly customized to your needs—the therapists really listen and adjust based on what your body needs that day. Gregory, Jude, and Sarah have all been fantastic. And shoutout to Travis, who answered my call when I accidentally booked my appointment wrong online. He was incredibly helpful in getting everything sorted out. Consistently great service all around—I’ll definitely be back!
