There was a clerk who looked like Ariana Grande and had a very perfunctory attitude. The zipper of my regular-priced dress was broken when I wore it for the first time and sent it to the store for repair. He promised me three times that I could pick it up myself, but he never kept his word, leaving me running for nothing. Not only that, it seemed that the phone in the store was set to silent mode? I made eight hundred calls but no one answered. It was finally fixed, but they still asked me if I was surprised or happy. Doing a little of the after-sales work within my duty seemed like a blessing to me. Not only that, I printed the invoices twice and they both made mistakes with my name, and the mistakes were not the same. They are truly amazing. This led to my tax refund failure in the end. How stupid! I was really saved by developed countries.
Very disappointing customer service. Nobody greeted me when I came in or whilst I was walking around the store with a dress in my hands to try on. Had the staff look at me numerous times then continue to stand at the counter not helping any customers. Multiple dresses were broken in store too. I only came in to try on a single dress and ended up waiting over 25 minutes to try it on. There was only 1 person in front of me also waiting for a change room, however all change rooms had 2+ people in them with about 10 garments. Staff did nothing to reassure customers waits wouldn’t be long, or to assist those in change rooms with sizing/speed them along for the line to continue moving. Super frustrating given this is one of the only stores you can try on the bridesmaids range in person, and I would’ve expected a lot better given the price points of garments.
Went into the store over the weekend for a dress for an upcoming wedding and the staff were so helpful. Had the pleasure of meeting a Jess who helped me find the perfect dress. Will be visiting again for the next occasion! Loved every piece recommended
I have never left a review for any store before, but the customer service here was absolutely horrendous. I came in with my friend to try on a dress for my birthday but couldn’t find it on the floor. There were four sales assistants in the store, yet none of them greeted us. Three of them were huddled together chatting in the corner. I approached the girl at the counter, who was on hold on the phone, and asked about the dress. The only reply I got from her was, “I’m busy at the moment,” said with an annoyed look on her face. She could have at least said, “I’m sorry, I’m busy at the moment, I’ll be with you in a second,” or asked someone else to assist us. Honestly, the customer service was appalling. Needless to say, we walked out after that because everyone seemed too busy to serve us.
Such a disappointing experience today. Walked in at 5:20 to a door already closed and the brunette with the short bob laying down on the couch. I had an item I wanted to try on.. proceeded to walk around the store with the item in my hand while one girl was on the phone. Not sure what happened to customer service at bec and bridge. Also waited 10 minutes to get some help in the fitting room no acknowledgment at all. Disgraceful experience in store.. may want to consider investing in some decent customer service training.
