The best retail experience I’ve had in a while… I miss the days when retail service came with a smile - and when staff attentively helped with different sizes/colours/styles etc. A group of us when to the Bec + Bridge emporium store today for bridesmaids dresses, and I was so impressed! Jess helped the 4 of us over the course of an hour, each of us trying on multiple dresses. None of our requests were met with anything other than a willingness to help. I was happy to spend money here and will definitely come back for my next event.

Jess was super helpful when needing to exchange a bridesmaid dress when I couldn’t get to the store. She went out of her way to help and her communication was great and thorough. Thanks Jess!

There was a clerk who looked like Ariana Grande and had a very perfunctory attitude. The zipper of my regular-priced dress was broken when I wore it for the first time and sent it to the store for repair. He promised me three times that I could pick it up myself, but he never kept his word, leaving me running for nothing. Not only that, it seemed that the phone in the store was set to silent mode? I made eight hundred calls but no one answered. It was finally fixed, but they still asked me if I was surprised or happy. Doing a little of the after-sales work within my duty seemed like a blessing to me. Not only that, I printed the invoices twice and they both made mistakes with my name, and the mistakes were not the same. They are truly amazing. This led to my tax refund failure in the end. How stupid! I was really saved by developed countries.

The best shopping experience at the Emporium, went bec and bridge around 4 pm yesterday, the shop was packed with people, only two staff at the store at the moment and both of them are so welcoming, helpful and efficient , these two staff were the main reason I made the purchase, they made the whole shopping experience so enjoyable that I felt I couldn’t leave without purchasing.
