The service was excellent. Rick was very patient and competent, especially since there was a problem with the door (unrelated to him & he had to come back). I was not even charged for the second visit. Highly recommend this service.

I needed a locksmith to come the same day to change the locks on my condo. The locksmith Austin arrived when he said he would, was polite, and took care of my needs. He was polite and knew he was very competent. My real estate agent recommended this company, and I can see why. Thank you, Austin!!!!

I called Bees Keys because they were recommended to me by several neighbors. I was able to get on the schedule for the very next day! August came out and fixed the lock on our door (all it needed was a new internal screw, which we of course had no way of knowing). He was beyond kind, very knowledgeable, diligent, and was cognizant of the short window of time I had for someone to be at the house. I was very pleased with the service Bees Keys provided, and will definitely be calling them again in the future should we have any more issues with locks!

I have used Bees Keys several times, and they never fail to both respond promptly to my needs and to always send a professional to fix my problem. No wonder this company celebrates 75 years on the market. Within a year I scheduled three appointments for unrelated issues. Every single time the appointments were scheduled within a day or two, technicians were always on time, very friendly but most importantly very skilled and professional.
