We had them come install new hardware. The pieces were loose within a few weeks, and one fell off within six months of installation. It was a terrible job. I’d look elsewhere. Instead of coming out to fix the problem, they wanted to charge us again for the same hardware we had already paid an arm and a leg for. At this price point, customer service should be top-notch, but it isn’t. Way overpriced service and they back their work for 90 days….
