Had the soccer pool booked for a large corporate event. Communication was terrible leading up to the event. 30 mins after the event had started, I asked their ETA and got a photo of a blown tire. They then called me saying that someone is picking them up and they will be there within the hour. I heard nothing after that. I texted twice and rang 3 times with no response. I understand that these things happen, but a phone call or text letting me know they weren’t showing up would have been appreciated. It seems like communication is where this company is lacking from the look of the other reviews. I would stay away from this company.

Contacted via Instagram and confirmed booking and what we wanted, never got back to us and I tried contacting multiple times. Luckily I didn’t give a deposit but don’t book these guys unless you’re wanting to be scammed. Ended up having to book another jumping castle place last minute, luckily they were accomodating. DONT BOOK.

SCAM ALERT! Avoid this man/business at all costs. We hired him for our daughters birthday party and he just didn't show up. He does this as a side job and only turns up or responds when he feels like it. Rather than message up before that he wasn't coming, which would have allowed us to have a back up plan, he just didn't turn up. Save yourself the stress and go book with another company

Pretty much the worst business I've ever come across... expect no communication what so ever and couldn't even get an insurance certificate to me as I needed it for my party venue. Will take weeks to get back to you. Save yourself the time and stress and find another jumping castle company
