We recently boarded our Labrador retriever, Katya, at Bekkers. This is the first time we’ve ever kenneled our pup, and we could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the entire team was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about providing excellent, pet-focused care. They immediately put us at ease and treated Katya as if she were their own. Katya had an amazing time during her one-night stay and came home happily tired, which told us everything we needed to know. She especially loved spending time with the other dogs in the safe, and secure outdoor play area, and every staff member, especially the dog walkers, showed her so much care and attention. We are beyond pleased with our experience at Bekkers and will absolutely be bringing Katya back for future stays. Highly recommended!

My cat spent a week at Bekkers (her first time being boarded) while I was away on vacation, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The daily updates they sent, including pictures, were very reassuring and kept me in the loop on how she was doing. Pickup and drop off were very simple, and the online booking system was easy to complete. I will definitely be boarding my cat there again and recommending them for any other pet friends!!
I couldn’t be happier with the care my pet s received from Bekkers! From the very beginning, their team was professional, reliable, and clearly passionate about animals. I felt completely at ease knowing my pet was in such good hands. They provided regular updates, photos, and took the time to ensure my pet’s routine was followed exactly as requested. It’s such a relief to travel and know your furry family member is being looked after with so much love and attention. Beans is a puppy (5 months) and this was his first experience at a kennel - he had a wonderful time with all his furry friends and it was clear when we were leaving that he was very fond of Andrew...thank you for taking such good care of Beans ♥️
