They were terrific looking after our Holly last summer. She's an older dog, but they shared photo updates on her, and Holly was quite comfortable with the people there both when I dropped her off for the weekend and when we picked her up on Sunday afternoon. I very much recommend Highway 7 Pet Retreat, and we will be using their services again.
In my recent experience with Hwy7 pet retreat, I was left stunned at the level of service that they provided. Even when special circumstances came out of the blue, they went above and beyond to accommodate and care for my feline friends. I am forever in their gratitude, top quality service, and real love for the animals that we put in their trust. Thank you once again to Pete, Courtney, and to everyone else at Hw7 Pet Retreat. Thank you for your kindness, understanding, and for upholding values that I would have never expected to experience at a pet hotel. We have used Hwy7 Pet Retreat for many years now, for both boarding and daycare. They are fantastic and taking care of our fur babies, and keeping us updated on their activities and behaviours when we are away. They have been very flexible and helpful in the event we ran into delays for pickup, and their staff are very caring and always find positive things to say when we do arrive to take them home. We recently had an issue with one of our pups who became ill the last night of his stay and needed treatment. The owner made sure to follow up a number of times to check on him and offer any assistance they could. Truly a fantastic facility with caring and loving owners and employees.
Hwy7 is the only place we trust to take our 2 goldens. They are definitely 5 star, going above and beyond with everything. They take care of their every need and keep you updated during their stay to alleviate any nerves. We just wish we lived closer so we could take them more often! We recommend Hwy7 to everyone. Trust them! They are amazing!
