I can't speak higher of Denise! I have attended courses of physio with Denise several times over the past few years due to chronic back problems. After a course of recent physio including accupuncture, Denise suggested Reflexology to me. I tried this and over the past months have really felt the benefits of it. So much so, that friends have even noticed the changes in me. Denise truly cares about getting the best results for her clients. I highly recommend her for physio and reflexology.

Amazing postnatal Pilates classes! Gillian’s focus on postnatal recovery and her sharp eye for detail made me feel safe and supported throughout my sessions. I’ve done three blocks now and feel stronger than ever. My baby girl was welcomed to each class with others bringing theirs also when help wasn’t available. A warm and comfortable environment with ample room for prams in the corridor outside the class. Highly recommend Gillian for anyone looking to jumpstart their postnatal fitness journey.

I’ve been attending Pilates classes here for over 10 years and highly recommend it. Sonia, Gillian and team are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Classes are tailored every week with no 2 weeks the same which keeps it interesting! Beautiful bright studio too.

I’ve been attending Belfast Pilates for many years and Sonia, Gillian and the team are brilliant. Sonia’s physio led mat based classes are excellent. A great workout in a safe environment with Sonia taking time to understand all attendee needs and making adjustments as needed. This week Sonia kicked off the New Year with a weights based class. I loved it - so much that I did it twice! At a time when us women of a certain age are being told we need to do more resistance / weight based training, it was perfect. Having the option of different size weights meant it was suitable for everyone and with Sonia there tweaking positions and pushing us, I felt I got a great workout in a safe environment. I would love to see this as a recurring class.

Lower back pain all weekend although I do Pilates regularly I thought today maybe not a good plan but let’s go One class with Denise this morning and gone!!
