Our service was amazing! Eloise was very friendly and helpful, and had good knowledge on allergens and questions regarding offers. Couldn’t have asked for a better server!

My first experience at the Baldwin branch And it was exceptional. Greeted by Sam at the door and he took us through the menu offering great suggestions especially the festive bits on offer at the moment. The manager Cath came to visit the table and made sure we were being looked after. The team honestly couldn’t do enough. We will definitely be back with service like that.

Ziko served us and he was friendly, quick and helpful. Food was nice especially when there is an offer. We tried the new katsu carbonara and it was definitely nicer than expected and the flavours were great

Very nice Bella Italia location. I visited with my partner and we were served by Ziko who did a fantastic job! Unfortunately, the restaurant had run out of vegan cheese, meaning that almost all of the options on the menu were unavailable for my partner. Despite this, he made sure that we had a good time regardless. We ended up with the Spicy sausage pasta and the vegan spaghetti meatballs. Unfortunately the meatballs weren't great, but this could just be the brand given it was not a first choice. Because of this we received one of our cocktails for free, a welcome gesture. We hope to return to try the full menu, as the decor and atmosphere and drinks were lovely. 4/5

The food was okay, not the best but acceptable. I really enjoyed the dessert, which was the highlight of the meal. The place itself is quite small, so the seating feels a bit cramped — not my preference. Overall, decent for a quick bite, but not somewhere I’d rush back to.
